The Aging Reversal Course

BREAKFAST

Stewed apple

Intended as a first course to stimulate the appetite and help digestion the stewed apple or pear is a mild cleanse as well as nutritious.

To be followed by barley, oatmeal or something similarly hearty for individuals who need a bit more food to take them to noon time.

Boil together:
1-2 cups of water
2-4 cloves
Optional raisins, or figs or any dried fruit you like. (soak the raisins overnight if that works for you)

Add to boiling water:

2-4 apples or pears (peeled)

cook for about 5 minutes and let them cool to a suitable temp for eating. Enjoy.

If there is leftover liquid it may be enjoyed as apple juice later in the morning. The more liquid used the less sweet the juice.
